Soy Ginger-Marinated Salmon

With this mouthwatering dish, you’ll get the benefits of the Omega-3 fatty acids in salmon and the digestion-aiding properties of ginger in one delicious meal.


  • 4 6-oz. salmon fillets
  • ¼ c. water
  • 3 T. tamari sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger or ½ tsp. dried ginger


  1. Mix water, tamari, onions, garlic, and ginger to make a marinade.
  2. Pour over fillets and marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 5–10 minutes, basting several times as they are heated.
